Tonight is the Sounds consert... I still dont know if I get in. That sucks. I'll guess I wont be going considering that I dont have a fake ID. Anyway, Just wanted to share an interview that Maja did with a newspaper called VG.

For you who dont understand Norwegian, I can tell that she says that shes one of the boys, that shes a bit tired from a flying because the lightning hit their plain twice and
their next album will come out March 2007. hmm... other than that she tells that she loves the Norwegian band called Turboneger/Turbonegro.

I was so excited about the new album date...but Jesper just cleared it up with me........"no idea why they said that (assume you are referring to the oslo paper)...we'll still be touring this album!! jesper"

I think I understood most of it, my norweigan is not that good though
One of the first things I liked about the sounds was that they played turboneger in their dressing room before the shows, I think you all should check them out if you haven´t already, turboneger is one of the best bands in the world!

You should try to go bitsj at least you can hear from outside and see them at the end of the show, they love to talk to the fans

Yeah I should, but its just to painful for me to stand outside without being able to see them. sure it would be nice to talk to them, but Im there for the music. So right now Im at my grandmothers house, hehe. Cause its too fucking painful to be in Oslo and knowing that Im only 15 minutes away from the show. BTW, the comment on when the next album wasnt from the band. I understood it as it was from the recordlabel. "If everything works out after our plan, the record will be finnished in march". Its pretty much how they said it.

But, when it comes to their show. I KNOW that this tour will definetly NOT be the last tour, so I will see them when they come back. After 14 February (when Im 18)

I don't know how it is in europe but I went to a concert when I was 14 that you had to be 16 to get into and no one said anything, didn't ID moe or anything,

when I was in San Diego I had to show my passport to get in even though I was playing in the band...
I know the reason they usually ask for ID all the time in Sweden is because they have to pay so much money if they let people under 18 drink alcohol.
Bitsj, if I manage to get a ticket for the show in sthlm you should come here

I like very much another Norwegian band called SURFEROSA. Do you know them? I find them quite similar to The Shounds... what do you think?

Its funny cause the vocalist in Turbonegro lives 25 minutes away from me, hehe. Surferosa! Of course Ive heard about them. And they are similar to the sounds, but the vocalist in Surferosa sings a bit more girlish... or something. hehe. And they use more synth than the Sounds. But the vocalist got the same energy as Maja
check them out I really like the song Royal Uniform and Impulsive (Did I)

I just listened to like 5 seconds of one of their songs, they sounded good, so I bought the Neon Comando CD.
