Does anyone remember a commercial from 1-2 years ago and they played "Dance With Me"? I remember one but I don't remember what the commercial was about. Does anyone remember?

i vaguely recall what you're talking about...but i was sad to see a song from them off the new cd on a commercial for a tv show yesterday. I don't recall what song it was though

Dance With Me was on a VH1 commercial for about half a year. In a commercial promoting VH1 (showing all the artists, animated and stuff. Very 80s like).

That's actually how I first found out about the band. I looked up the lyrics online (it took a few months for someone to actually post them, grr!) and then one day I found out - Dance With Me by The Sounds! And I was an instant fan.

Off topic just a bit, but they also played 'Rock N Roll' in the movie "Final Destination" can't remember which sequel though.

FINAL DESTINATION 2: Dance With Me plays in the beginning when the girls are packing up the car.

FINAL DESTINATION 3: Queen Of Apology plays when the barbie girls are going into the tanning salon.

i just heard song with a mission in the background of a commercial talking about some show "love monkey" on VH1.pretty sure thats what it was called.
