I just came across a Kaiser Chief's video "Good Days Bad Days" on an imeem playlist (http://www.imeem.com/jukebox/playlist/7cAEh1Vf/bitish_invasion_video_playlist/) with a Gorillaz and Oasis video. I really liked it - but I'm not too familiar with their stuff. I downloaded the song from their newest album "Off with Their Heads", but I'm not sure about the other tracks. What do you guys think?

Their earlier stuff is miles better than their newer songs, so I would recommend their first album, Employment. The only song from their later stuff that I would say is worth buying is Never Miss a Beat.
