Excellent show, I really enjoyed it (also Under The Influence of Giants was a pleasant surprise), however it was quite hard taking pictures. It was already hard enough to keep my own balance in the audience filled with pushing and jumping 14yo's but never the less I was able to capture some moments. For the photofreaks : I had to do most pictures with my 28-70mm/2.8 since I didn't really want to take the risk of swapping lenses. Only for the encores I swapped to 50mm/1.4 which I should have done before....
Expect more (and hopefully better) from me in the coming days/weeks, since I will also be taking pictures in Rotterdam, Brussels, Amsterdam and Utrecht in the next week !
I think about 300-400 people in the PrimeClub in Cologne? I'm not sure, if somebody knows please fill me in. Yesterday I went to Rotterdam in an even smaller venue of about 250 people, circumstances here were much better for photo's. Tonight I will see The Sounds in Brussels, in a venue I have never been before, so I am curious what it will be there.
I expect to have pictures of the Rotterdam and Brussels shows online somewhere tomorrow, and of the next 2 shows in Amsterdam and Utrecht on Sunday or so, so keep checking my site !
So, finally I added my last series of pictures, last night in Utrecht, The Netherlands....
To make it easier to find, here are the direct links to all the series I made over the last 2 weeks. With a very special thanks to The Sounds and their management who made this all possible !

HUH? Either you have the wrong person in mind (Because I'm enjoying myself as much as the rest of the public when it comes to jumping and dancing) or you mean my remarks in my first post regarding the public in Cologne. And regarding Cologne I can say that after 5 shows I rest my case.....In Cologne the public was just irritating, which is something different than having fun.
